The devil’s bad day

The devil isn’t happy,

Satans day is bad

The church is strong and growing

And it makes him hopping mad

He hears the praise and worship

He sees the numbers rise

The young and old in Jesus

A threat in His evil eyes

He attacks with pain and sickness

He attacks our jobs, our lives

And every act for Jesus

He always will despise

He will try his best to destroy us

Our witness, lives and our joy

And every trick and tactic

Satan will employ

But when we look to Jesus

When we follow Him

When we pray and read the bible

Then our counter attack begins

Stand firm and fight for Jesus

Stand firm and fight today

Stand firm in the armour He gave us

And the Devil will NEVER hold sway.
