Disappointment day by day,

The things we do the things we say,

The weather – our job

The things we sell,

Can disappoint us all as well.

The star of today is tomorrow laid low

What we reap we soon will sow.

Where can we turn?

Who can we trust?

When disappointment is a must.

Turn to Jesus He won’t let you down,

His word is true, a rock , a shield.

A shelter from the storm.

He will save you, He will stand

Always there with outstretched hand.

By His appointment face each day

And disappointment will go away.
